| Introduction | MRPL11protein is a protein in humans that is encoded by the MRPL11 gene. This gene is responsible for synthesizing a protein that belongs to the 39S subunit of the mitochondrial ribosome. Sequence analysis has revealed the presence of three transcript variants, each encoding unique isoforms of the protein. Pseudogenes corresponding to this gene are situated on chromosomes 5q and 12q. |
